Ingredients:

Make use of sour dough
10 x 250ml           Gideon Milling Cake Flour

500 ml                  Gideon Milling Whole Wheat

15ml                      Salt

25 ml                     Butter

25 ml                     Milk Powder

6 x 250ml             Look warm water (or just enough to mix with)

Method:

Mix the flour, salt and milk powder together. Add sour dough mix and and fold the mixture well together. Put some of the butter on to your hands and fold and mix the dough with your hands. Then leave over night to rise. Divide your dough into pans and leave again to rise double the size. Bake for a hour on 200C 400F. After removing it from the oven put some butter over the top while it is still hot.
