Ingredients

  • 2 cans peeled and chopped tomatoes
  • 1 big onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh oreganum (handful), chopped
  • Fresh parsley (handful), chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 red chilli, chopped (optional)

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients together in a pot and let it simmer for 40 minutes over medium heat on a stove.
  2. Remove from heat and blitz with a food processor.
  3. Chill until use.
