- 2 cups Gideon Milling Cake Wheat Flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup grated cheese (cheddar)
- 1 1/2 cup biltong powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oil
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix the dry ingredients.
Whisk eggs, milk, and oil.
Add in dry ingredients, but do not overmix.
Scoop into well-greased muffin pans and bake at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes.
